RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase and are committed to providing the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused and unwashed, has the original packaging and tags attached, without any odors or scents.

** We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to assess whether the returned merchandise meets saleable conditions.


RETURN PROCESS

  • Contact us at support@hoshimoshi.com with your order number and your reason for the return. 

  • If accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that the return will need to be sent to our headquarters located in California. Do not send it to the original shipping address.

  • Provide the tracking number within a week of initiating the return. If you are unable to email it within this timeframe, please contact us with the reason and our support team will determine if you are eligible for an extension. This is required to ensure the package has been successfully delivered to the return address.

** Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


FEES

Please note there is a $4.95 USD processing fee that applies to all refunds, which will be deducted from the total amount of the item. The customer is responsible to cover any shipping expenses, meaning we do not provide return labels unless the item is defective.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order once it has been delivered. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Specific items such as footwear, headwear, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Worn or washed items will not be accepted.

  • If your returned item is not in the original packaging or does not have the tags attached, it can still be eligible for our return process but a fee may be deducted.

EXCHANGES

Follow the return process above if you want to exchange your order for a different size or color. Exchanges or store credit returns are free of charge unless exchanging for a different item.


REFUNDS 

Once we receive, inspect and approve your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since the return was delivered, please contact us at support@hoshimoshi.com.
